PUR•Coat™            (GP-80NRLV)

Our original breakthrough formulation. A leader in its class and revolutionary in its strength & protective characteristics. With a Shore Hardness of 80A, PUR•Coat is designed to provide high abrasion resistance in all types of material handling applications.

PUR•Coat™ 70       (GP-70NRLV)

A little softer than our original, yet with improved elongation. Retaining a Shore Hardness of 70A, PUR•Coat  70 is designed for high elongation and good abrasion resistance applications.

PUR•Coat™ 45/55                (GP-45NRLV/ GP-55NRLV)

Although our “softest” PUR coatings, coming in at cured harnesses of 45 & 55 Shore A respectively, PUR•Coat 45 & 55 retain excellent abrasion resistance where softer coatings are required. Plus, beyond wonderful elongation properties, color retention of these products in the presence of ultra violet light sources is excellent.

PUR•Coat™ Thermal     (GP-95NRLV-HT)
Our PUR•Thermal coating is distinguished by an unsurpassed impact & abrasion resistance along with remarkable surface smoothness. However, its specialty is a temperature resistance and tested successfully up to 450°F. Along with a cured hardness of 95 Shore, it is a leader in asphalt equipment protection.

PUR•Coat™ FG      (GP-60NRLV-FG)

Our PURvCoat FG is specifically formulated for direct wet & dry food contact surfaces and potable water applications. It meets the FDA and USDA guidelines for coatings used in food establishments under Title 21 175.300 of the CFR (Federal Register). This product cures to 60 Shore A.

 PUR•Coat™ Sentinel    (GP-95NRLV)

A powerful leader upon a cured hardness of 95 Shore A, high abrasion resistance, and a low friction co-efficient, PUR•Sentinel is designed for applications requiring load release and the strongest of wear control.

PUR•Coat™ Sentinel FR              (GP-95NRLV-FR)
The same as PUR•Sentinel, only modified for applications requiring flame resistance and self-extinguishing properties.

PUR•Marine™       (GP-X95M)

Having a solid resistance to most aqueous solutions, including salt water and many acids & alkalis, PUR•Marine is very suitable for submersible & atmospheric marine environments. With a cured hardness of 95 Shore A, it has high abrasion resistance and a very low friction co-efficient.

PUR•Shield™         (GP-S92-400)

A specialty formulation designed specifically for use as a Nuclear Power Plant Reactor Building Containment liner. Its primary function is to provide leak tightness within the Reactor Building to withstand a 40 year design life of accumulated radiation exposure. PUR•Shield has been qualified for use in CANDU and PWR’s (Light Water NPP’s) power facilities
